It can be overwhelming to know where to start when you're a new postgraduate student. The first thing we recommend doing is completing the Skills Analysis Survey. This will take you through the Cambridge Researcher Development Framework (CamRDF), which maps out the core competencies you need as a professional researcher, and give you an idea of where your strengths and areas of focus are.
